The acknowledgement

T oday, under the wise direction of Miguel Martinho, the wine of Château Larruau extends to the cellar the values of a pure fruit, harvested at perfect maturity and sorted with particularly attentive requirements. The vinification is light, based on low fermentation temperatures (25/26°).
